Timmur is a unique Himalayan spice, also known as Szechuan Pepper, famous for its refreshing citrus aroma and gentle tingling sensation. Inspired by this special spice, Timmur brings the authentic flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Nepal and India to Auckland.
